At UNION KINGDOM, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
